Was long time ago though, haven't played bfme2 for a long while now, since sc2 has come out. I used to play elves on-host (very gay ^_^) on different smurfs, and was like lvl 5 within 15/20 games or so as far as I rmbr. I always got like lvl 2 with any faction within a few games as far as I remember. Looks like game length does have influence ^_^, god I feel stupid. That would explain why you have lvld more with men than dwarves, u had longer games, so made more stuff, so more points. Like what you get for total at the score screen. I don't know much about things like that :P, no idea why I'm posting here xD.Īnyway I would think that if anything affects how much the game counts it would be the game score.
LOTR BFME 2 SKIRMISH LEVELS PLUS
Edit: Plus my dwarves have more wins than men, no losses, and a lower level!
LOTR BFME 2 SKIRMISH LEVELS MANUAL
The manual doesn't explain anything either. Then level 3 with one where you have six wins. You have to admit it is something strange in the game where you have 15 wins, 2 losses, and STILL level 1. I'm not going to go into the reasons for this, but basically I was experimenting and letting games last longer when I could have ended them with Men especially trying out all the Heros.īut if that level doesn't effect my units damage or build times or anything then it's not going to bother me if my Goblins stay at level one. Strategic and Tactical skill ratios are not a big difference but of course Goblins have the worst. Goblins 18 minutes actually, that surprised me. I actually have shortest games with Dwarves, 16 minutes average. I know it's nothing to brag about I'm just playing my own games now and experimenting. This is all against the computer on Brutal. First off I have only played against the computer.

My shortest games are with Dwarves but my longest are with Elves, and not with an evil faction. Elves however can make for long games, unless you get a huge advantage it's hard to finish of ur opponent until u get eagles or ents (the powers i mean). Dwarves make for short games, and men as well if u 2rax (i don't), but so do Goblins and Isengard, once u have wild men and have a slight lead u end the game immediately tbh. It certainly hasn't to do with how long the games last I think :S That wuld be pretty ridiculous.Īnd do u mean u can defeat people quicker with good factions? Idk what the cause is of ur evil factions not levling though :/. I've often won vs players with very high win percentages, while completely getting pwnd by someone with a less high win % (though still quite high). It's better to look at their win/loss ratio, though that can be deceiving as well: the player could be dc'ing or playing only vs noobs. We expect the development speed to skyrocket after the upcoming release of the beta-version with two factions, so adding another four factions to the game will be comparatively quick. The level only shows the amount of games the person playedĪnyway it does not show skill. Our programmers have gone far in developing the essential gameplay mechanics. Though our project is non-commercial we can do things on a high level by paying attention to all details and honing our own skills in game creation. We can even provide characters with various animations. That’s why now we are capable of creating optimized and beautiful models, textures and effects quicker. With combined forces we did a lot: We experimented on all aspects of the game and found the best way of creating the gameplay assets. Some dedicate large amounts of their time to the game (doing something on almost a daily basis), some dedicate a little time. What is already done and what is in the works: After we released the teaser we gathered a team of dozens of people.
